Human Touch Home Care,ltd. presented a two part workshop at the Center on the Hill at the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill , Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Part One explored the pros and cons of remaining at home as we age versus moving to a continuous care retirement community. Participants in Part I expressed the desire to age in their own homes, and live their lives according to their own priorities.
Part Two focused on the practical information needed to facilitate this decision. How will I find professionals to do yard work? snow removal? install grab bars in the shower and make other safety modifications to my home? Participants were invited to bring their questions with them.
